'The Girl With Dragon Tattoo - Immigrant Workout'

'This is an experiment I will be holding on top of my workouts for the next month. In theory, the more muscle, the less fat. We all struggle with that mid section, and as you can see, I am not an exception. So I will be finishing my workouts all this month with 8 ab exercises:  1 min full speed Jump Rope 30 Elbow Plank Hip Lifts 30 Bicycle abs (Each pair counts as 1 rep) 1 min full speed jump rope 30 Half Turkish Getup Drop/Toe touch 30 Russian Twists (Each pair counts as 1 rep) 1 min full speed jump rope 30 Plank Diagonal Tuck/Superman (15 each side) 30 Leg Climbers (15 Each Leg) 1 min full speed Jump Rope  I completed this yesterday in about 14 mins, and I am looking to go below 10 mins. If I have the time, I will be posting new ab workout for every week, if not, just stick to it.  Let me know how it goes. Good luck.'
