'Battle Ropes Russian Twists'

'In a seated position, grab the battle ropes with the ends facing up. Tilt your hips forward and recline until you feel seated on your tailbone.  Your objective is to create enough torque in your midsection to produce symmetrical waves with the battle ropes.'
