Welcome to A NAKED WORKOUT (Almost NAKED) Series by Linda Okwor and Bodelogix.com. It\'s very similar to the B NAKED WORKOUT but you get to use one piece of equipment or tool for the entire workout.  It can be a stability ball, a kettle bell, jump rope, resistance tubing, etc... All you need is your body, a timer (you can use your phone or watch), one piece of fitness tool/Equipment and enough room to spread your arms and legs.
