'After being inspired by listening to George St-Pierre (GSP) on the Joe Rogan podcast I started fasting. My previous Youtube post explains why I decided to do it etc so If you haven\'t already check it out. After a little research and listening to Dr. Rhonda Patrick I decided to give the Circadian fasting a go.  During this episode, I give you guys an update and let you know how it\'s going.
