'Did you know that over 45% of golfers have a flat shoulder plane? Not having the necessary flexibility in the upper body will make golfers develop compensations to help them get the golf club back during the backswing. A flat shoulder plane is one of the possible compensations. This week we will be learning some of my favorite stretches and exercises to increase the mobility of our upper body and thoracic spine. I will also be sharing with you my favorite drill to re-train the brain to rotate the body properly! Exercises: 1. Reach roll lift on swiss ball 2. Reachbacks in prayer position 3. Hitchhikers 4.
