Bent Over Row - 4 sets  7/5/3/7 2a. YTW - 5 each way  Rest 2 min   3a. NG DB Bench - 10/8/6/4 3b. NG Pull-up - 10/8/6/4  Rest 2 min   4a. Incline Machine Press - 10/8/6 4b. BB Curls - 12/10/8 Rest 90   Conditioning - Sprint Ladder  Sprint 50  Rest 30 sec  Sprint 60  Rest 35 sec  Sprint 70  Rest 40 sec  Sprint 80  Rest 45 sec  Sprint 90  Rest 50 sec  Sprint 100  Rest 55 sec  Sprint 100  Rest 60 sec   After the 50 sec rest you will go back down the ladder'
