'Battle Ropes? YESSIR!!! Five sets of 25 seconds on with 30 seconds rest. The first two sets were pretty bad -- I was struggling with the rope. The last three? Left...it....on..the...floor!!!!! I secretly love battle ropes. Taken from my workout on August 15, this is a new exercise my trainer, Blake Elarbee, and I added into my fitness journey. I have the goal of doing full body weight, unassisted pushups! Notice that I tried to do this three different times, each time trying to improve my movements and technique. Slow and steady steps! I started my journey to become a more healthy and happy woman weighing over 350 lbs. I couldn\'t walk a single city block without pain. I was feeling stuck and trapped in my own life. For me, becoming a healthier woman has been a job from the INSIDE OUT. It\'s a beautiful, messy work in progress that I am grateful for! No matter how much you weigh.
