Well, I am going to show you in this video. Let\'s clear some things up first... For starters...Men you are ok in this department but my women you should not be afraid of resistance training. You need resistance training to burn fat, keep you metabolism up, keep you bone healthy, keep your body more youthful and it improves your sex life too. It will take really heavy weights, a major change in diet and a lot of hard work to get the body that bodybuilders proudly achieve. #2: There are multiple muscles involved and if you want to get definition, you must work them separately. The three main muscles I will train in this arms video are: 1. The deltoids which are you shoulders. 2. Triceps 3. Biceps You can burn fat by doing exercises that work multiple muscles at once but in order to truly firm and get definition, you must work them separately. Let\'s get started. We are going to use a dumbbell for this program. Try to start with a weight that you can comfortably do each exercise for the duration of the time (or no weight at all) then move up slowly. All you need is your body, a timer (you can use your phone or watch), enough room to spread your arms and legs and occasionally one equipment (in our A NAKED Workout programs). The only rest is the brief time to move into the next exercise or restart your timer. You can do up to 3 rounds for a heart pumping workout or start with one round. Don\'t forget the 2 minute dynamic warm up and 3 minute after workout stretch. All I ask of you is at least 20 minutes a day (one round) 3-5 days a week. Beginners start with one round and move up to 3 rounds.
