'TATTOO ARTIST FRIENDS, NEW AND OLD FOLLOWERS!!!!  NEEDING SOME NEW IDEAS AND OR ROUTINE FOR YOUR CORE WORKOUT! WELL HERE IS SOMETHING FOR YOU!!!   Here is a great six-minute video to help train and build your core strength. Based on your fitness level run through the video once or up to three times and you can train with this video every second day or add it to your current workout routine. There are 10 exercises and each exercise is done for 30 seconds. Little to no rest, listen to your body and rest when needed. If any exercise needs a modification please go ahead and do a modified version. Make sure when you finish to stretch and restore your body.
