Follow along in real time with friendly fitness trainer Pahla B, as we sweat through eight pairs of low impact cardio and standing abs exercises.    LOW IMPACT does not mean low heart rate or low intensity!  This workout features plenty of heart-pounding cardio exercises without all the pounding on your joints (or downstairs neighbors).  High intensity intervals of quiet cardio exercises are paired with slow and controlled standing abdominal work for a full body fat burn HIIT.    Working in 15-second intervals with frequent rest periods, we’ll shape up your cardiovascular system and tighten your core in a quick 23-minute workout:  Each set repeats three times: Inchworms + Standing Crunches Punch and Reach + X Marks the Spot Toy Soldiers + Star Balance Rainbow Jacks + Side Bends Frog Reaches + Crane Kicks (one interval per leg) Windmills + Oblique Crunches (one interval per leg) Alley Oops + Single Leg Deadlifts (one interval per leg) Walking Burpees + Side Kicks (one interval per leg) FINISHER:  One interval of each Low Impact Cardio exercise without rest between.
