List of Exercises: Add a 2-3 minute run or jump rope segments before and after the workout for more cardiovascular kick. Don\'t forget the dynamic warm up and after workout stretch. B NAKED WORKOUT means B NAKED = Bodelogix Nutrition And Kinetic Exercise Development , no equipment needed programs you can do anywhere so you can look great. Sorry to disappoint those who were looking for something else (wink with a smile). All you need is your body, a timer (you can use your phone or watch) and enough room to spread your arms and legs. Each round will consist of 5 - 6 exercises, done for 60 seconds, 3 times through. The only rest is the brief time to move into the next exercise or restart your timer. You can do up to 3 rounds for a heart pumping workout or start with one round. Don\'t forget the 2 minute dynamic warm up and 3 minute after workout stretch. All I ask of you is at least 20 minutes a day (one round) 3-5 days a week. Beginners start with one round and move up to 3 rounds.
