'30 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE!'

'Decided to set myself a 30 day challenge to workout for 7 minutes using an app I found on the app store.  I\'ll be updating my twitter on progression but won\'t be filming it as it would be the same thing over and over. However I will take a before and after picture to show progression after completing the 30 day challenge.  The routine is 30 seconds of each exercise:  Jumping Jacks Wall Sit Push/Press Up Abdominal Crunch Step Up onto Chair Squats Tricep Dip Plank High Knees Running Lunges Push/Press Up & Rotation Side Plank Left/Right'
