Here\'s the full leg machine workout routine: - Leg Extensions - 3 sets of 15 reps - Leg Curls - 3 sets of 15 reps - Hammer Strength Leg Press - 3 sets of 15 reps - Smith Machine Squats - 3 sets of 15 reps - Ab Crunch Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps In addition to the weight training exercises I started and ended the workout with 10 minutes of cardio on the elliptical cross trainer machine.
