This set of muscles play a crucial role in power generation, injury prevention,  and core stabilization during the golf swing. Unfortunately, due to our daily habits and excessive sitting, our glutes grow weak and our brains quickly lose their ability to engage the muscle when needed (Just ask Tiger Woods!). Thankfully for us, activating and strengthening the glutes is possible with a few key exercises, lots of mindfulness, and lots of patience and practice.
