'This is a three exercise leg workout, where I will be explaining the exercise. This is the 1st round, I recommend 3. The workout could be 5 minutes or less, but I am taking my time to explain how it works for you. Legs are important and I would work them 1-2 times a week, just make sure you go all-out.'See also:
