'1) Leave outside life at the door. Leave your ego along with it. 2) The team comes first. The sooner you realize it’s not about you the sooner you’ll see your results go through the roof. 3) Be positive. No complaining, whining or gossiping. In the gut, never in the back. 4) Quitting is not an option. Lean on your team. Scaling is NOT for sissies. 5) No cliques. Welcome new members with open arms and leave no wo/man behind. 6) Cheer for others often. 7) Have fun and stay connected (no phones, watches or other distractions for 1 hour). 8) Ask for help. You don’t know everything, nor should you. 9) Give Back. It’s what teams do. 10) Leave the space better than you found it for the next person.'
