Cream together into a frosting consistency.   DIRECTIONS: 1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large mixing bowl, measure and combine oat flour, coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, and splenda. 3. In a separate bowl, measure and combine cottage cheese, egg whites, applesauce, and almond milk and use a hand blender to blend it up (can also use a magic bullet or blender). 4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix it up so it forms a batter. 5. Spray a cupcake tin, use cupcake liners, or silicone baking cups, and then distribute the batter evenly to make 10 cupcakes. 6. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until cooked through.
