'The \"Naked\" Turkish Get-up or Get-up is performed the same way as a weighted Get-up with no weight held in the hand (or a shoe or light object). The Naked Get-up is a great way to learn proper form for the Get-up as well as a fantastic warm-up exercise prior to a training session. Perform the same way as a weighted Get-up (see my previous Get-up videos) taking your time going through the movement. One Get-up should take approximately 30 seconds to perform. Don\'t rush through it. Pause at each step. Take your time. Own the movement. Don\'t rush (rushing through the Get-up is a sign that you\'re hiding something - imbalances, strength, stability, mobility, etc.).
