Don\'t get too excited, I am talking about the six pack of abs; you know those things that take your \"Hotness\" level from \"uggg\" to \"Smoking\".  In this segment of the NAKED Workout, we are going to earn our six pack, not buy them.    Core/Abs Exercises: 1. Table top double leg drop 2. Plank 3. Squat to knee lift 4. Straight leg Iso hold 5. Bicycles (shoulders to opposite knee)  Strong core muscles make it easier to do everything from sports to reaching for can of soup...and it does wonders for you in the bedroom (wink, wink).  I love working the core/abs so I am going to post many core/abs workout programs so come back often and get shredded with me. Now let\'s get started!    Welcome to B NAKED WORKOUT Series by Linda Okwor and Bodelogix.com. This was created for all you road warriors, hotel hustlers, stay at home fitness enthusiasts and Gym Loathers.  B NAKED WORKOUT means no equipment needed.  Sorry to disappoint those who were looking for something else (wink with a smile). All you need is your body, a timer (you can use your phone or watch) and enough room to spread your arms and legs. Visit our blog at Bodelogix.com for the list exercise!  Each round will consist of 5 exercises, done for 60 seconds, 3 times through.  The only rest is the brief time to move into the next exercise or restart your timer.  You can do up to 3 rounds for a heart pumping workout or start with one round.  Don\'t forget the 2 minute dynamic warm up and 3 minute after workout stretch.  All I ask of you is at least 20 minutes a day (one round) 3-5 days a week.   Beginners start with one round and move up to 3 rounds.
