'Hey guys everyone has been asking me what I do and what I eat so let me really start journeying this process, I am no where near my goals however I have come a long way, I\'v had a trainer before so I\'m actually knowledgeable about what I\'m saying. This workout consists of 25 min cardio on the treadmill, a plank routine, a little lifting for toned arms with 25 pound weights, and use of hip Abductor and leg extension (I hella forgot the name of it I just made that up lmao) machine'
