If you are not signed up for this endurance event please feel free to use this video for increasing muscle strength. If you are a beginner or avid hiker this video can help improve your time on your feet. This workout has been designed based on the skills needed specifically for improving your hiking skills and training possible weaknesses. Strength training is an essential part of health and whole living. Strength training allows you to train your weaknesses. And no matter how strong you think you are, or how long you think you can move (cardio), you have weaknesses. God is not offended by our weaknesses. In fact, when we are willing to confess they exist, then God can act on our behalf.'
