'Instructions- Perform 10 reps of each exercise back to back. Start over and perform 9 reps of each exercise and then begin again and perform 8 reps of each exercise. The goal is to count from 10 to 1 in a ten minute period by subtracting 1 rep from each round.  If you make it down to 1 before 10 minutes is over, begin moving back up by 1.  Exercises- - Bent over band rows - Inchworms - Step up with band pullback'
