'This video is an example of one of the many possible layouts and stations I use for my HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes. I also talk about what the optimal time should be for the work:rest ratio when doing HIIT which is far too frivolously thrown about as a tag for workouts that do not have you working at your maximum intensity. Like i say at the end, this is not a licensed product, just something I have created based on the science around HIIT as well as the types of exercises that can be done at high intensity but also build functional strength and metabolic capacity. So feel free to share the video and/or use any of the ideas or exercises in it for your own classes but just be sure to give the credit to the channel as it helps us both grow and more importantly gets more people off the couch and burning fat and improving their fitness and overall life.
