'Welcome to your 1980s power walk!! This fun 80s aerobics workout for weight loss will work your entire body. I had a blast creating this 1980s power walk that is a great 2021 aerobics workout. We are blasting fat today as we power walk in this toning aerobics workout!   I have been loving toning aerobics workouts from the earlier ages of fitness and 80s no equipment workouts. They have high rep exercises that give you such a good burn. I love the bursts of high intensity to really blast fat in this aerobics fat burning workout. This is a great fast body toning workout and also an awesome aerobics workout for beginners.  Oh yess, let\'s crush these quick 3000 steps at home in this fun 1980s power walking workout! This fun and upbeat toning aerobics workout will keep you moving the whole time as we blast calories and have fun in this 3000 steps in 20 minutes workout!   This 1980s power walk consists of 30 second work periods per exercise, these were so fun, it didn\'t even feel like I was working out. For our 15 seconds of active rest we will be walking in place crushing our steps. All of your exercises \'up next\' will be on the screen for you to prepare for! For any exercises that have a bounce to them, you can absolutely modify to make this a low impact workout, all modifications will be on the screen. There is not a rest period built in to this workout, but please feel free to pause any time you need it and then jump back in with us!   I love hitting my 10,000 steps, but sometimes walking can be quite boring without a friend to chat with. This upbeat walking workout was such a blast to get my feet moving and hit some steps in this daily steps workout!  This 3000 steps in 20 minutes 1.5 mile walk workout at home is a perfect low impact workout for beginners and those wanting to burn some extra calories while having fun!
