'I wanted to do a day 1 vs day 7 comparison of my progress of the Crazy 8\'s workout with Shaun T\'s new Cize workout. I think I see quite a difference and I\'m much looser now which helps a ton! What do you all think? Am I ready to dance in public yet? :D'
