'I am giving an honest review of my experience using BeachBody on Demand. This was my very first workout and I worked up a serious sweat. Most importantly I had fun while doing it. I am not a dancer or a fitness guru but the Cize Workout program had me feeling like I could be a backup dancer or a competitor on America’s Best Dance Crew.
