Come on!! Equipment Needed: One ball. Session: 0-5 minutes: Warm Up. Jog, side shuffle, karoke, stretching, etc. 5-10 minutes: One legged hops for 30 seconds then switch feet. Then feet juggle for 30 seconds. That\'s one rep. Repeat 3 times. 10-15 minutes: 10 single leg squats then switch legs. Thigh juggle for 30 seconds. That\'s one rep. Repeat 3 times. 15-20 minutes: Little jumps with header jumps. Small jump or two then big jump for a header. Do this for 30 seconds. Then juggle any style you want for 30 seconds. Repeat this process 5 times. 20-25 minutes: Wall squats. Squat for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Do what your body can handle. Then rest for equal time that you stayed in the wall squat position. So if you squatted for 35 seconds, rest for 35 seconds. Repeat this process for 5 minutes. 25-30 minutes: Tricks! Take 5 minutes and work on different juggling pick up tricks, tricks in the air or juggling combos like foot, thigh, head, thigh, foot head. You be creative here! *If you want to extend the training session time then add on time to any section you want extra work on. *Make sure to finish with cool down and stretching. If you are up for it add on a few sit ups and push ups!
