'I am addressing neck tension and shoulder/t-spine mobility/stability. Prior to doing a little bit of this, I foam rolled my t-spine and did some  overhead rib mobs with a Yoga Tuneup ball.   Here are the first three steps of the Turkish Get-Up (TGU) with a kettlebell incorporating cervical rotation. This is done in as smooth a manner as possible through pain-free, unforced range of motion.  1. From the roll to press position 2. From the press to elbow position 3. From the post position'
