'Moscow Becomes One Big Free Fitness Club'

'If you are not into sport yet, you are losing out, because modern life dictates a new lifestyle, and sports is on top of the list.  Everybody is being bitten by the health bug in Russia, and as a result, by the fitness bug as well. Before, you could protest that while you adore all this sport and fitness stuff, you absolutely don’t have time for that nor enough money to get a membership in a cozy sportclub.   These times are now gone, because on a wave of loving sports, a great number of opportunities has arisen everywhere in Moscow, giving one the chance to undergo professional workouts absolutely for free and not too far from your apartment.  Now it is no longer necessary to spend money on buying a seasonal membership to a fitness club, swimming pool or health center in order to get into fitness. In Moscow, there are places that are well-equipped and provide free fitness and yoga classes, kickboxing, and even powerlifting.'
