'BOOTY WORKOUT AT HOME // FOLLOW ALONG'

'Hola Fit Familia,  Todays video is a follow along Booty workout you can do this at home or at the gym.  Workout Notes: 2 warm ups/Glute Activations and 5 exercises but I\'ve split them into 1 super set and 1 tri set.  A super set is when you do 2 exercises back to back with no rest until you complete both. Take a 40 sec rest and do it again until you complete all 3 sets. and the same thing goes for the tri set but this time you\'re doing 3 exercises one after the other no rest until you completed all 3. Notas de entrenamiento: 2 calentamientos / activaciones de glúteos y 5 ejercicios, pero los he dividido en 1 super set y 1 Tri set. Una súper serie es cuando haces 2 ejercicios seguidos sin descanso hasta que completes ambos. Tómate un descanso de 40 segundos y hazlo de nuevo hasta que completes las 3 series. y lo mismo ocurre con el Tri set, pero esta vez estás haciendo 3 ejercicios uno tras otro sin descansar hasta que hayas completado los 3.
