'Hola Fit Familia, Todays video is a follow along Booty workout you can do this at home or at the gym. Workout Notes: 2 warm ups/Glute Activations and 5 exercises but I\'ve split them into 1 super set and 1 tri set. A super set is when you do 2 exercises back to back with no rest until you complete both. Take a 40 sec rest and do it again until you complete all 3 sets. and the same thing goes for the tri set but this time you\'re doing 3 exercises one after the other no rest until you completed all 3.
