Most importantly, it has a vibrating platform and 4 different training levels. Those levels are from level 1: beginner, up to level 4: advanced.  It really helps with your circulation, and you’re also surrounded in red light therapy. The red light beauty lamps actually enhance your skin complexion, so fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks - good bye!
