'Jan 2018: Watching this 7 years later, I would never program for group training in this manner today...BUT...this stuff worked for me back then. I was able to explain clearly and effectively AND my ladies loved the workouts. So...yes, I did make things more complicated for myself, but it\'s all a learning process so it\'s all good!  Annndddd...I sure do say \"y\'all\" and \"okay\" a lot!!!!!! Kinda like T-Pain but with a Texas flair...LOL  Makin\' it happen! This is how I do things!   Original plan was completely changed due to a change of venue, but I think this turned out better!   14 ladies = 14 stations. They rocked it!
