Each piece of choreography is thoughtfully intended to expand your muscles, elevate your coordination, and increase your sense of mind-body connection.  Sink deep into single-leg squats and reach high for a tippy-toe twirl -- you’ll want to come back to this feel-good pre-cool down again and again!  FIT TIP:  As the side steps get faster, they will also get smaller! Stay on your toes to keep up with the pace -- or feel free to stay at single or half speed.  Notice the upper and lower body moving at different speeds, allowing for certain moves to be exaggerated and others to stay contained and concise.  Practice breaking down just the arms and just the feet to help put it all together!
