'Blind baby blind! Which highlighter will prevail?! To dupe or not to dupe? That is the question! Hope you enjoyed my video! I try to be as fair as I can but if you have any advice on how to be more fair please feel free to let me know! Both highlighters were used with a dry brush so pigment will increase with a wet brush but I don’t think they need it!
