'Tom Sapin knows just the right moves to create a glamorously smudged eye inspired by rock shows and all night ragers.  ALL YOU NEED: Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base,  Eye Shadow x 9: Navy Times Nine, Modern Twist Kajal Liner in Squid, M·A·C Studio Eye Gloss, Upward Lash.  http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/13835/35468/Products/Makeup/Eyes/Eye-Palettes-Kits/Eye-Shadow-x-9-Navy-Times-Nine   1. Start with two coats of Upward Lash mascara on upper and lower lashes. Prep the lids with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base, applied with your fingertips. 2. Saturate the eye using Modern Twist Kajal Liner in Squid in the waterline and top and bottom lash lines and blend with a 242 Brush. 3. Using a 288 Brush, apply a black eye shadow to the upper and lower lashes.  4. Diffuse the black eye shadow using a navy colour closer to the inner corner of the eye and toward the crease of the eye.   5. Add M·A·C Studio Eye Gloss for more texture and a slept-in look. 6. For a more intense look add more shadow and gloss.'
