'Gainesville Health and Fitness Group Fitness Instructor, Catie Carey is showing us a quick total body training circuit you can do to increase your balance, stability, strength, and coordination using the boss ball. Catie is breaking down what else the bosu ball can be used for, showing us an exercise that can be used for total body training. For today’s total body training workout: - You will need 2 pieces of equipment: the bosu ball and a pair of light to medium hand weights (or heavier if you train regularly) - Perform these exercises in a circuit, one after the other - Perform 12-15 reps of each exercise - Take a break, then repeat the circuit 3-4 times Fun Fact: Bosu Ball stands for BOth Sides Up because it can be used both ways, dome side up or platform side up!'
