'Sometimes a gym just isn\'t available to you. Maybe you just want a change of scenery. If this is you then ditch the equipment and find a stadium near you. You don\'t need a huge 70k seater, a high school stadium will suffice! In this video GHF Personal Trainer, Donte Jones, shows you how to use a stadium setup to get a great upper body workout. You won\'t need any equipment--unless you\'d like--but as a reminder: stay hydrated and sanitize! ~~ Gainesville Health & Fitness (GHF) is an internationally recognized fitness company with three gym locations in Gainesville and two outpatient orthopedic rehab centers located inside GHF. With over 115,000 sq. ft. of space, customers have the greatest access to health. GHF opened its doors in 1978 with founder and owner Joe Cirulli as the visionary leader. GHF has revolutionized the fitness industry with a customer experience that is culture-driven and designed to help others unleash their fullest potential. GHF offers more classes, more choices and more variety than any other health club with the most advanced programs available in the entire U.S. Boutique services, Personal Training, TRIBE Team Training, Pilates, CrossFit, X-Force Body, and Recover & Restore (R&R), make it convenient for customers to specialize their fitness. And, with a culture of service and an esteemed reputation, they experience growth and transformation faster than anywhere else. Driven by a culture of continuous improvement, GHF defies the status quo at every level from the physical plant to the world-class employees, all for the enhanced customer experience. What Defines GHF? 1. We Want To Be In Gainesville. Our Motto: Live Life Local. We have been approached so many times over the years to bring GHF to other cities across the country. However, our commitment is to Gainesville and helping make this community a vibrant, cool, healthy place to live, work, and play. We choose to devote all of our resources, staff, and innovation to Gainesville instead of taking those assets elsewhere. We live here, we work here, we contribute here, we thrive here. 2. Developing Leaders. For GHF & The Community. Part of the GHF culture is to develop leaders. What does this mean for our community? We take young talent and give them opportunities to learn, grow, and practice leadership qualities over the course of their employment here. Many of our former employees stayed in Gainesville to pursue careers and tell us how much their experience has influenced their performance and advancement. Keeping talent in Gainesville is a worthy initiative. 3. Continuous Improvement. Investing Locally. Continuous improvement is a serious part of our culture resulting in large investments in our facilities, business practices, and staff impacting our local business community. We will continue to expand, innovate, and renovate, not only to remain relevant as a business but also to recruit people to Gainesville and keep them here. This is one of the most important lifelines for a community. 4. Enculturation. The Voice Of The Employee. We embrace a major employee initiative that is unique and differentiating called Enculturation. It is a comprehensive system for the employee and the company to hear the voice of the employee for continuous improvement. Our employees serve on pillar teams to focus on people, service, and brand. We hired a brand consultant to guide us through this process and selected a GHF employee as the champion to drive the initiative. Gainesville Health & Fitness exists to create an experience that helps you get the most out of life and inspires you to become your best.
