'City Surf Fitness Lift to Plank Position'

'Here\'s an example of a board workout during the circuit class. Out of the 15 different movements, this was one of my favorites. After lifting a 10 lb bag for shoulders, hop into a plank position while maintaining balance on the board. Harder than it looks and super fun.'
