'Battle Ropes make for an excellent upper body and core + conditioning workout!  This makes them a great choice for anyone with lower limb loss.  I finished my workout with 5 rounds of the following with 45s rest between rounds.  - 20 battle rope waves - 20 battle rope circles - 20 battle rope slams   Whew!!!'
