'I decided to challenge myself to a 30 day fitness transformation. Adopting techniques from the monks in Thailand mixed with pushing through anxiety of going to the gym, I wanted to improve my physique along with my mental and physical health. It was such a journey with the internal struggles of battling the hunger. Each day I would eat breakfast and lunch before cut off time. I did allow myself to eat whatever I wanted, however, I did manage to cut out most sugars daily. Once I started to feel better and notice a change it definitely made it easier to keep going, though 1 minor setback would reinstate the difficult times of the challenge! Anxiety in the gym is something I always struggled with, and I always doubted myself, however, I have learnt that to actually motivate yourself and go to the gym, mostly people look at you with encouragement and acknowledge you\'re doing something about living a healthier life. Which is super important to remember when you are struggling with anxiety and fear of judgement. As mentioned in this video I did this without a trainer, nutritionalist or anything else, this was solely my attempt at a healthier lifestyle, and I encourage you to give it a go yourself!
