'\"I AM WILLING TO GROW\" is the theme for the Day 25 of the Stay Fit Workout Squad 30-Day Workout Challenge.   I am outspoken and want to grow every day through consistent training, feeding my body healthy foods, and prioritizing my physical and mental health.   The Workout key phrase is: GROW  G - 30 Squats R - 60s Plank O - 30 Jumping Jacks W - 60s Buttkicks    This workout requires one round, with a 0 to 30-second break between each exercise.
