'Hey Just Workout Squad It\'s a NEW WEEK for the 30-Day Workout Challenge! Today is Day 8, the workout is around 15 minutes and the affirmation of the day is \'I CAN DO THIS\'.  We all have days where we don\'t want to try or we feel like giving up on something. This affirmation can help steer your mind in the right direction and help you overcome those obstacles. Repeat \'I CAN DO THIS\' before every tough task today!  The Key phrase for this Workout is: I CAN DO THIS   I - 15 Burpees  C - 30s Plank A - 40 Jumping Jacks N - 50 Sumo Squats  D - 30 Alternate Lunges O - 30s Mountain Climbers  T - 20 Military Planks H - 60s Butt Kicks I - 15 Burpees S - 25 Glute Bridges  You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.  Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
