In today’s low body trainer we focus on Speed, Power, and Muscular endurance. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We start the day with some drills that will help your acceleration utilizing medballs. Next, we move into some olympic lifting followed by a superset of dynamic effort work and plyometrics to develop explosive power. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Lastly, we cap the day off with some muscular endurance work that will leave your legs exhausted and jack your heart rate up.
