As many of you will know, it’s good to have the ability to hunt and gather food if you can, and Ben is in a good spot for that. If things get totally crazy I’ll be out hunting, too, and I may even be running around the woods loin-cloth clad with Ben in his home forest. Ben is also dialing back his workouts a bit, a not overdoing the higher intensity, while focusing on breath work (I’ll release another snippet with a breath work exercise he took me through in this podcast) and meditation. Heat/cold are also part of his current regimen and mine as well. Having a good book like Ben’s Boundless or my new book The Carnivore Code isn’t a bad idea either right now.
