'Sheriff: Man injured in shooting outside Sacramento 24 Hour Fitness'

'A man has life-threatening injuries after a shooting outside a 24 Hour Fitness in Sacramento County, officials said.  The shooting happened in the 1300 block of Fulton Avenue around 11:50 a.m., according to the Sacramento County Sheriff\'s Office.  The man is being treated at a local hospital, officials said.  Investigators believe the shooting appears to be targeted and is not random. Witnesses told officials the suspect before deputies arrived.  Officials have since cleared the scene.
