Welcome to B NAKED WORKOUT Series by Linda Okwor and Bodelogix.com . This was created for all you road warriors, hotel hustlers, stay at home fitness enthusiasts and Gym Loathers. B NAKED WORKOUT means no equipment needed. Sorry to disappoint those who were looking for something else (wink with a smile). All you need is your body, a timer (you can use your phone or watch) and enough room to spread your arms and legs. Visit our blog at Bodelogix.com for the list exercise! Each round will consist of 5 exercises, done for 60 seconds, 3 times through. The only rest is the brief time to move into the next exercise or restart your timer. You can do up to 3 rounds for a heart pumping workout or start with one round. Don\'t forget the 2 minute dynamic warm up and 3 minute after workout stretch. All I ask of you is at least 20 minutes a day (one round) 3-5 days a week. Beginners start with one round and move up to 3 rounds.
