'Level TWO | 1-minute WALK-RUN intervals | 6200 steps, 3.1 miles | BURN 275 - 300 calories  We are RUNNING and WALKING our way to 3.1 miles, with very manageable 1:00 INTERVALS.  Since we have a little over 30 minutes together, we’ll be chatting about my first 5K race, the longest mile I ever ran, racing strategies and how running is (in SO! MANY! WAYS!) a metaphor for life.
