'I\'m not a \"dancer\". I quit dance when I was 6 or 7 years old. I liked sports instead! But as I grew up I started to realize I LOVED to move to music and dancing with my girlfriends was always a blast! That\'s why I am SO excited to start CIZE, the dance fitness program by Shaun T, next month! It arrived in the mail today and I took a look at everything and made a quick video about it. Who wants to join me in dancing the inches off and having a hell of a time doing it in August?!
