'In this 30 minute weight training class I instruct members through a full body dumbbell workout. The workout is comprised of 8 compound exercises targeting all major muscles.  We don2 rounds of the exercises. Each exercise is 60 seconds with 30 seconds active rest. We increase our weights for the second round. I hope you enjoy this class. My gym offers over 50 online classes every month.'
