The most important thing with any training program is the technique on how each exercise is performed. These are the exercises that I performed for my peak workout: 1.) Lifted Cable Curl - 4 sets of 10 2.) EZ-Bar Spider Curl - 4 sets of 10 3.) Flat Dumbbell Curl - 4 sets of 10 4.) Concentration Curl - 4 sets of 10 I rested approximately 60 seconds between each set. *Renshaw\'s Personal Training is not telling any one to do these exercises or workouts, so doing them will be at your own risk.
